Comprehensive Privacy Notice
322Livestream (hereinafter "the Controller"), with registered address in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, and contact email contacto@322livestream.com, is responsible for the collection, use, protection, and processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares — LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and other applicable provisions.
01 Personal Data We Collect
For the purposes described in this Notice, we may collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (including WhatsApp)
- Event information (date, location, type of event)
- Billing data where applicable (Mexican tax ID / RFC, fiscal address)
- Payment information (processed by third parties; not stored by the Controller)
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
02 Purposes of Data Processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the service relationship)
- Providing the contracted live streaming, photography, and video services
- Generating quotes and service agreements
- Processing payments and issuing invoices
- Attending to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinating event logistics
Secondary purposes (require your consent)
- Sending promotional communications
- Sharing work samples with prospective clients
- Inclusion in the public portfolio (with additional authorization)
If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may notify us by sending an email to contacto@322livestream.com with the subject line "No Secondary Purposes".
03 Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to:
- Streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo) solely for the contracted broadcast
- Payment processors (Mercado Pago, BBVA) for transaction settlement
- Tax authorities when required by law
- Technology providers supporting operations (cloud storage, servers)
In all cases, transfers are conducted under agreements that ensure the protection of your data.
04 ARCO Rights
Under Mexican law, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights), as well as to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please submit a written request to contacto@322livestream.com including:
- Full name and contact details
- Document evidencing your identity
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise
- Any information that may assist in locating your data
We will respond to your request within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
05 Use of Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and remember preferences. You may disable them through your browser settings, although certain features of the site may be affected as a result.
06 Audiovisual Event Content
All audiovisual material produced during a transmission (video, audio, photography) remains the property of the Controller until final delivery to the client. The use of images of event attendees is governed by the specific service agreement signed with the client and by notices posted at the event venue.
07 Changes to This Privacy Notice
Any amendments to this Notice will be published at www.322livestream.com along with the corresponding update date.
