Terms and Conditions of Service

01 Service Provider Identity

322Livestream is an independent audiovisual agency, with registered address in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. For any inquiries: contacto@322livestream.com.

02 Services Offered

We provide professional services including:

• Live streaming of weddings and events
• Audiovisual production and photography
• Video and cinematography services
• Multi-platform broadcast distribution

03 Booking and Date Reservation

3.1 Any quote provided to the client shall remain valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.2 A date reservation is confirmed exclusively upon receipt of the deposit stipulated in the corresponding service agreement (minimum 50% of the total contract value).

3.3 The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the commencement of the event, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

04 Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

4.2 Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to the event: the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled date within the following 12 months, subject to availability.

4.3 Cancellations with fewer than 15 days' notice: no refund will be issued.

4.4 Rescheduling requests arising from force majeure events (extreme weather, public health emergencies, government-mandated restrictions) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis without penalty.

05 On-Site Operating Conditions

5.1 The client shall ensure venue access at least three (3) hours before the event start time to allow for equipment setup.

5.2 The client is responsible for obtaining all permits required by the venue for recording and broadcast activities.

5.3 The venue must provide at least one stable electrical outlet near the broadcast area. If unavailable, a generator or external battery unit may be quoted as an additional service.

5.4 Internet connectivity at the venue is the Service Provider's responsibility, supplied via proprietary equipment (Peplink bonding + cellular SIMs + Starlink). The client is not required to provide internet access.

06 Delivery of Recorded Material

6.1 The video recording of the transmission will be delivered to the client within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days following the event, depending on the contracted package.

6.2 Delivery is made via digital download (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or equivalent). The client has thirty (30) days from the notification date to download the material.

6.3 The Service Provider will retain a backup copy for six (6) months following delivery. After that period, the material may be permanently deleted without prior notice.

07 Usage Rights and Image Rights

7.1 The client grants the Service Provider the right to use excerpts of the produced material for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, website), unless the client provides written notice of objection prior to the event.

7.2 The client is responsible for obtaining the consent of event attendees who appear in the produced material, particularly in public broadcasts.

7.3 Material delivered to the client may be freely used for personal, family, and private purposes. Commercial use requires additional written authorization from the Service Provider.

08 Live Streaming Quality

8.1 The Service Provider guarantees the use of professional-grade equipment (redundant internet connections, multi-WAN bonding, professional encoders) to ensure maximum transmission stability.

8.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, external factors such as cellular network congestion, extreme weather conditions affecting satellite connectivity, or limitations imposed by the destination platform (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) are beyond the Service Provider's control.

8.3 In the event of a significant service interruption attributable to the Service Provider (exceeding ten (10) consecutive minutes), a proportional discount will be offered on the service fee.

09 Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Service Provider's maximum liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.

9.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities suffered by the client.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on www.322livestream.com (text, images, videos, logos, and designs) is the property of the Service Provider or is used with proper authorization.

10.2 Reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior express written authorization.

11 Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on this website.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
